Owen Walsh and Michael Gray

Owen Walsh

Owen’s background is in construction and development management with a focus on project feasibility and sales.

Owen has worked as:

  • Development Manager for major developers undertaking site acquisition, feasibility analysis and financial management;
  • Project Manager delivering residential, retirement and commercial projects; and
  • Construction Manager for Leighton Contractors on major projects for the State Government.

Owen’s experience is built on working with large property developers and publicly listed companies in delivering financially sound projects by taking responsibility for the projects from site acquisition through to sales and operations.

Past clients and employers have included Cbus Property, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Bank, Landcom/Urban Growth, Leighton Contractors, Mirvac, Penrith Lakes Development Corporation, St George and Stockland.

Qualifications

  • Masters of Property Development;
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management); and
  • Diploma of Property Investment & Finance.

Michael Gray

Michael’s background is in the engineering, planning, design, construction supervision and project management of major development and infrastructure projects.

Michael has worked as:

  • Senior Project Manager working for local government and the private sector to study, plan and deliver land rezoning and release;
  • Development and Infrastructure Manager for Delfin Lend Lease, delivering and implementing residential housing outcomes; and
  • Design Consultant and Manager with a major consulting group delivering design solutions to the development and infrastructure market.

Michael’s experience includes working with all levels of Government and public authorities to negotiate and deliver project outcomes. Michael has an experience based on delivering infrastructure projects from inception to commissioning.

Past clients and employers have included Australand, AV Jennings, CSR Property, Delfin, Goodman, Landcom/Urban Growth, Lend Lease, Mirvac and NAB.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil); and
  • Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering.
